From 2007 – 2015 David Rudelhoff (Founder and Director) was the Property Manager for a high profile, high net worth family. During that time, in a formal household environment, David managed the large property portfolio, ensuring that both internal and external presentation was second to none and equally so, function, in terms of lighting, heating, air conditioning, TV, sound, appliances, pool and spa rooms etc. David was instrumental in managing the major renovations and expansion of their estates and residences in Ascot, Virginia Water, Belgravia and Chelsea.
Having to provide the above with consideration for the occupancy of a large busy household, David realised the importance of delivering solutions quickly and scheduling work to give the least amount of disruption. With his approach of putting customer service at the forefront and meticulous attention to quality and detail, David strongly believed that he could offer an unrivalled service in both property management and building services to a wider audience and started Luxuria Property in 2015.
Since then the business has grown exponentially with a large team of dedicated professionals providing tailored property management, building and construction, as well as landscape and gardening services. From small residential renovations to large construction projects for international clients on the prestigious St George’s Hill and Wentworth Estate, we are always striving for excellence, aiming to combine competitiveness and quality, highly valuing customer recommendations and our professional reputation.
