In this project the clients moved out which was helpful and it was pretty much a back to brick renovation. Everything was replaced apart from the roof and the walls. A small extension and steels were needed to square off and open up the Kitchen. Many elements of the design were chosen by the client as the project progressed. We insulated the whole of the ground floor and then installed zoned wet UFH finished with porcelain tiles. All the Bathrooms were replaced and we moved around some walls to create a larger Family Bathroom. We also installed AC in all Bedrooms. Moving outside we installed 3 x Millboard decked areas and worked along side the swimming pool contractor.
