This project showcases Luxuria’s ability to completely transform a property from the ground up.
Our team delivered a full structural renovation, including extensive demolition, new foundations, steelwork, roofing, insulation and full internal reconfiguration....all managed with precision from start to finish.
We constructed new insulated cavity walls, installed a redesigned timber and flat warm-deck roof system, added upgraded windows and rooflights and re-engineered the internal layout with new joists, stud walls and a beautifully crafted staircase.
Inside, the home was fully modernised with premium plastering, high-performance insulation, new flooring, bespoke joinery, kitchen installation and elegant finishes throughout.
Externally, we carried out drainage upgrades, fencing repairs and new access steps to complete the transformation.
